Refund policy

If you are not totally satisfied with your product we offer a 30 day refund policy. The product must be returned in the same condition that you received, unused and in its original packaging.

Before returning the item, please email office@temperd.co with the order id number and a quick explanation of why you want to return it.

Please note we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is damaged or has been used. The original shipping charges are non-refundable and you must cover the cost of the return courier cost. Upon receiving the product back to our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 3 working days. You will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.
