Temperd Ltd – 2-Year Limited Warranty for Residential usage and 1-year Limited Warranty for Commercial usage

To ensure your satisfaction, Temperd Ltd offers a 2-year limited residential warranty and 1-year limited commercial warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to the Temperd Cold Plunge and covers the following:

  • Duration: This warranty lasts for 2 years/1 year from the date of purchase by the original owner.
  • Scope: Covers defects in materials, parts, and craftsmanship under normal use. If any parts or components are found to be defective, we will either repair or replace them at no cost.
  • Transport: Covers the cost of transport for any returns or replacements within the mentioned scope.

What is Covered:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Any defects that arise due to issues in the production process, including structural issues, faulty parts, or problems with electrical components.
  • Operational Malfunctions: If the product ceases to function properly under normal usage conditions, such as temperature regulation failures or electrical malfunctions.

What is Not Covered:

This limited warranty does not cover the following circumstances:

  • Accidental Damage: Any damage resulting from misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper care (e.g., dropping the unit or exposing it to extreme conditions).
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations to the product.
  • Improper Installation: Damages due to improper installation or failure to follow our provided instructions.
  • Environmental Damage: Rust, corrosion, or other damage caused by exposure to the elements, including extreme weather, chemicals, or improper storage.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Regular usage marks, scratches, or aesthetic damage that do not affect the product’s functionality.

Warranty Claim Procedure:

If you encounter any issues with your Temperd Cold Plunge, please follow these steps to submit a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Us: You can initiate a claim by contacting our Customer Support team via support@temperd.co. Be prepared to provide:
  • Your order number or proof of purchase.
  • Detailed description of the issue.
  • Photos or videos showing the problem.
  • Any claims that you may have for visual defects must be issued when receiving the unit, by photo proof while the unit is still on the transportation pallet on the day of receipt.
  1. Review and Assessment: Once we receive your claim, our technical support team will assess whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage. You may be asked for additional information or to conduct basic troubleshooting steps.
  2. Repair or Replacement: If your product qualifies for warranty service, we will repair or replace the defective part or product free of charge. The decision to repair or replace will be made at the discretion of Temperd Ltd.
  • Replacement parts or units may be new or refurbished but will function as new.
  • Shipping costs for warranty service may apply, depending on your location.

Exclusions and
Limitations:

  • This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Temperd Ltd or authorized dealers.
  • This warranty applies to products used for residential purposes only. Products used in commercial or institutional settings are covered by a 1-year warranty.
  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Temperd Ltd is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Temperd Cold Plunge.
